TWO YEAR INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE
Your watch is backed by an international TWO YEAR guarantee covering
all material and manufacturing defects revealed in the
course of normal use and on condition that the watch has not been
opened.
To register your guarantee, you must fill in the guarantee
registration card with your official Michel Herbelin agent.
Failure to do so will mean your watch is not covered by the guarantee.
Your guarantee covers parts and labour, but does
not cover transport and insurance costs.
GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS
The battery comes with your new watch, but is not covered
by the guarantee
The leather strap : The better the strap is treated and cared for,
the longer it will last. it cannot be covered under the warranty.
Any damage to the glass or the case
or to any part of the outside of the watch or as a result of being
dropped or a shock or exposure to chemical or corrosive products
is not covered by the guarantee.
Damage resulting from improper handling or incorrect opening cannot
be included within the guarantee.
Non-waterproof watches are not guaranteed against contact with water.
Any waterproof watch which has been opened must go through a waterproofing
check before it can be covered by the guarantee.

TW STEEL

TWO YEAR INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE
TW Steel is guaranteed for two years from the date
of purchase. This guarantee is valid provided that your TW Steel
watch was sold by an authorised TW Steel dealer and that the Guarantee
Card was fully and properly fulfilled by the latter.
This guarantee covers the defects in material or resulting from
manufacturing of the watch.
GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS
- Battery, crystal, strap;
- Damage resulting from an accident, normal wear, negligence, misuse,
abuse or from the intervention of any person not authorised to repair
TW Steel watches
- Loss and theft;
- Incidental or consequential damage arising from the failure or
malfunction of the watch as well as from any inappropriate usage,
lack of precision, malfunction or lack of conformity of the watch.
In case of defects covered by this guarantee, your watch will be,
at the sole option of the TW Steel agent repaired or replaced free
of charge. This is the sole obligation of TW Steel resulting from
this guarantee.
The guarantee becomes void in the event that any person not duly
authorised by TW Steel or its representatives attempts to repair
the claimed defect.

All Rotary watches come with a lifetime guarantee on the movement.
In order to qualify, your watch must be serviced at an official
Rotary Service Centre every three years.
Once you have purchased your watch you need to register your watch
for servicing and protect your lifetime guarantee.

FULL LIFETIME GUARANTEE
All Cross writing instruments and desk set penholder mechanisms
are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure, regardless
of age.
Any Cross product or part requiring service under this warranty
will be repaired or replaced at no charge when received at our factory
from the consumer (postage and insurance are the responsibility
of the consumer, and processing fees may apply). Any such product
that is no longer in production and cannot be repaired will be replaced
by a comparable Cross product. Leads, erasers and ink refills exhausted
in the course of normal use, and emblems and other customized decorations,
are excluded from this warranty; also excluded are fountain pen
nibs and other parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use or obvious
abuse. The Cross guarantee extends our assurance of a lifetime of
writing pleasure to every owner of a Cross writing instrument.
This warranty gives you the specific legal rights, and you may have
other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Warning: Pen caps can obstruct breathing. Keep
out of mouth. This product in not intended for children.

All Cross personal accessories are unquestionably guaranteed
against mechanical failure and defects in workmanship for one year
from the date of purchase.
